The Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry offers a variety of pathways for students looking to earn their undergraduate degree and a graduate degree at an accelerated pace.
Biochemistry (B.S.) and Pharmaceutical Sciences (M.S.)
This five-year program is designed for the high achieving student to obtain their B.S. in Biochemistry and M.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences at an accelerated pace.
Chemistry (B.S.) and Pharmaceutical Sciences (M.S.)
This five-year program is designed for the high achieving student to obtain their B.S. in Chemistry and M.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences at an accelerated pace.
Chemistry (B.A. or B.S.) and STEM Education (M.A.)
This five-year program with the College of Education is designed for the high achieving student to obtain their B.S. or B.A in Chemistry and M.A. in STEM Education at an accelerated pace.
Biochemistry (B.S.) and Molecular Cell Biology and Neuroscience (M.S.)
This five-year program with Rowan School of Biomedical Sciences is designed for the high achieving student to obtain their B.S. in Biochemistry and M.S. in Cell Biology and Neuroscience at an accelerated pace.
Biochemistry (B.S.) and Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)
After students complete their junior year at Rowan University, they may apply to begin medical studies at CMSRU in what would traditionally be their senior year. Rowan University will confer a BS degree after the successful completion of 1st year medical school courses at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University.
