Bruker D8 Discover w/ DAVINCI X-ray Diffractometer
This diffractometer is designed for investigating powder materials. Optics include motorized slits, parallel beam mirror, and soller slits. The LynxEye XE-T detector offers high-resolution detection with fast data collection and automatic beta line filtering. It has two non-ambient stages, one for lower temperatures (-195 to 600°C), the other is a reaction chamber and can be used for measurements between room temperature and 900°C.
