Students, staff, and faculty enjoy a nice, relaxing day at our end-of-year Thank You Picnic

Just before Commencement, the Mathematics Department hosted a wonderful Thank You Picnic at Washington Lake Park for all of our student workers who are involved in, tutoring, research, clubs, etc. Students were given certificates of thanks for their service as well as treated to a buffet-style meal provided by faculty and staff. This year was the first year that Dr. Hieu Nguyen and Dr. Rade Musulin worked with the Math Team on a math-related skit and it was a major success amongst all guests! As always, the event concluded with the fan-favorite Students vs Faculty volleyball tournament. We thank all of our students who attended as well as for their dedicated service to our department, and we also thank our faculty and staff for making this event possible.
