Certificates of Graduate Studies

The Certificate of Graduate Study (COGS) is available for anyone with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related degree.

This program consists of 4 courses and 12 graduate semester hours and is available part-time.

The program is offered face-to-face at the main Glassboro campus, in a traditional 15-week semester.

Program Details

Minimum Grade Requirements

All matriculated post-baccalaureate and graduate students are expected to maintain satisfactory academic progress each term of enrollment. To complete the program, students must:

Earn no more than two total C grades.
Earn no grades lower than a C
Earn a cumulative GPA of at least 2.500 on a 4.000 scale

Admission

Application form turned in by the set deadline (see below)
$65 application fee
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution of higher learning
Official transcripts from all colleges attended, regardless of the number of credits earned
Current professional resume
Typewritten statement of professional objectives, including motivation for applying to the program
Two letters of recommendation from professional sources
Minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale)
Submission of official GRE scores is highly recommended
