Hello! My name is Philip Gance and I am a dual major in biology & Biomedical Sciences and chemistry with a minor in mathematics that is transferring from RCBC. I do have a passion for mathematical biology, but that program is a hard one to come by. I am working towards becoming a doctor of pathology with a focus on forensic medicine. I moved to New Jersey from Oregon after living there for 11 years and must say I am still getting used to the summers here, and the sun. I am a firm believer in mind, body, and soul and that there should be an equal balance to ensure one’s success. I have always had a passion for helping others and believe that anyone can learn anything if they can find a way to connect the content to something they like. I have two dogs, two cats, and a hedgehog and shockingly they get along great. Some of my hobbies and interest include trying new types of food, being a big roller coaster fan (but terrified of heights), escape rooms, working out, and my favorite thing is probably hoping in the car and just driving somewhere new for the day.
