Program Curriculum
The complete program consists of 139 credits: 108 credits of undergraduate coursework and 31 credits of graduate course work. This accelerated program saves students time and money by counting 12 credits of graduate coursework toward their undergraduate Biochemistry degree. Students will begin taking graduate level courses during their senior year. Due to the accelerated nature, students will only be eligible for the non-thesis track of the pharmaceutical degree.

Students will pay undergraduate tuition and fees for all undergraduate courses and for four graduate courses taken in their senior year. Students will then pay graduate tuition and fee rates for all additional graduate courses (19 credits).

Graduation Requirements
To graduate from the accelerated B.S./M.S. (non-thesis) dual degree program in Biochemistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences, students must meet the following requirements:
  • Completion of all program requirements for the B.S. in Biochemistry and cumulative GPA of 2.0
  • Completion of all program requirements for the M.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences (non-thesis) and maintain cumulative GPA of 3.0 as well as obtain no grade less than B- in any graduate courses
