Biography

Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rowan University and his Masters of Science in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology. Dan started his career working for Lockheed Martin as a system administrator for US Navy projects. In 2012, Dan started at Rowan University as a Classroom Support Specialist supporting the College of Engineering. He has held several positions within Rowan. Dan currently leads the team responsible for; email, servers and storage, cloud infrastructure, research support, and enterprise databases.

Dan is a Linux geek at heart and is an advocate for open source software. When he is not working, Dan spends his time being a husband/father, traveling with his family, working on his home lab, and enjoying the outdoors.

Dan has taught Introduction to Scientific Computing, Introduction to Object Oriented Programming, and Linux and System Services.
